RESPONSE TO COVID-19

As we all live through this bizarre time in our history it's hard to determine the right path forward in dealing with this global pandemic.

At Linco we take our obligation very seriously to be the best partner we can to our customers. This mandates that we continue to supply casters, wheels, and material handling equipment to these businesses as long as they continue to build and manufacture their products.

That said, this is a time for prudence, so we've decided to follow the direction of our Government and community leaders and will attempt to limit the amount of personal contact we have with our customers.

To that end, Linco WILL STAY OPEN FOR BUSINESS and maintain our normal schedule until further notice. We will, however, change a few sales practices until this situation resolves itself.

For the next 2 weeks (3/13/20 thru 3/29/20) we will temporarily halt all on-site or in-person sales meetings. We will also not be accepting any walk-in customers at our So. El Monte or San Diego locations. For the time being, our Shipping and Receiving procedures, including Will Call pick-ups, will remain the same.

this is an ever-evolving situation and we are all in uncharted waters together. As soon as we have more clarity on the scope of this pandemic, we will open our doors to walk-in customers once again.
