Great Looking product, appreciate the grease fittings to keep the wheels and swivel moving smoothly. Would recommend to your shipping department though, put some packing paper on the bottom of the box, then put in the casters instead of casters first, then filling the extra space on top with 3 groups of packing paper. This will prevent the shipping boxes from being torn up by the metal edges.
